Copyright Violation Service LLC works with photographers to search for infringements of their photos and the pursuit of damages against those who do.

Photographers receive a flat fee of $200.00 for each violation process that is succesfully completed. Copyright Violation Service LLC provides all notices to those who infringe, all collection activities, and all legal costs to effect the collection of monies due.

The annual cost to be one of our registered photographers for whom we pursue copyright infringment claims it $49.94. Photographers may submit up to 10 copyright violations that they are aware of on which we will pursue a claim or if none are known they can elect to have us search for copyright infringement of up to 10 of their images that they select and provide us with copies thereof. Additional image searches are $10.00 each.
